First Mardi Gras since Hurricane Katrina, huh?

From just recent days ago, I heard that the Mardi Gras is gonna make a *serious* comeback now, making it the first Mardi Gras to EVER take place since Hurricane Katrina from just over a half a year ago. You can see the internet report of it right here and speak your mind openly about it.

Also, I heard that famous pop singer Britney Spears will be involved in that very celebration, which will probably raise the interest level a little bit for a lot of “pop-culture”-based people out there, apparently.

Also it looks terribly awkward considering that the whole country fussed 'cause Mrs. Jackson showed a nipple on TV.

To all of you:

I must tell you all, besides the nudity and stuff, I’ll sure bet that one of the well-important things that the Mardi Gras was famous for was the amazing costumes!! Period. And, what is even more fascinating about it is a lot of the history, even in which the very first Mardi Gras apparently took place during the 16th century (I’m guessing so, though!)!!

That whole Jackson thing is soooooooooo old news...no one cares anymore.

I wish women in the USA could walk around without shirts. A few things would be accomplished:

-Perhaps the USA would get over its sexual obsession with breasts...grow up morons, they're not sexual organs
-It would eliminate the double standard that men are allowed to go shirtless but women aren't
-For women who hate to wear bras, they wouldn't feel so restricted anymore!

But hey...I enjoy daydreaming. :-?
