Intellisense problems in Visual Studio

My intellisense decided to stop working with one of the files in my project. It colors the comments correctly, but everything else is just black text. Incorrect methods popup for all the controls. Does anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT: I'm using Visual Studio 2003.
