I'm getting NPC's working ATM. Then i need cell jumping, map jumping and some other stuff. THEN i'll start work on the battle engine.

Sorry about the lack-of-progress but i have been working on this. See, new screenshot Smile The NPC's don't talk yet (their text is loaded into the games memory, i just haven't put the speech boxes in yet...) but they are there.

I also will add sound eventually...still undecided on which library to use for it though...

*Bump* sorry I haven't been working on this. My OpenGL settings somehow got screwed up and i just got around to fixing them, they are still a bit buggered...

Well, anyway:

We all knew Link loved himself, and this just proves it!

The faces are layed over the NPC's and stuff using transparency. The transparency is set when loading the image, and can range from 0.0 (invisible) to 1.0 (solid), this pic is when the transparency is set to 0.25, or 25% transparency.
