Nice code.
A couple of things...
a) Why do you set the window title if it's in fullscreen?
b) You have earned my full respect from one simple thing. Line 74, the subroutine say(). I like your parameter name. I do that too, but I usually use foo, bar, bas and wang. Occasionaly ding and dong.
