The Junkyard updates
#1
I updated with a few demos for you to enjoy. ;*)

List of effects:
Note: Click the images to download

1. Twister (Opengl or TinyPtc)

I have always loved to do this effect but always put it off at the last moment in favor of some other effect. This is radially displaced and twisted cylinder with specular lighting which makes it my favorite effect in this update. There are 2 versions of this. One is made with OpenGL and the other pure sofware with TinyPtc.

2. Hematoma (Opengl)
This is a sphere distorted by applying sine functions n just about every vertex it has. Lighting is also applied for a better effect.

3. Glass tunnel (Opengl)
You won't believe me if I tell you that this effect is in 2d. :*). Yep, 2d. It achieves the effect with some clever manipulation of vertex and texture coordinates.

4. Radial Flower Tunnel (TinyPtc)
This is an all-sofware render I made playing around with my old tunnel. New texture with new effect. :*)

5. Warpy 3d Torus ++ (TinyPtc)
Another sofware only render of a lighted torus with a "peristalsis" effect. Pseudo-texture is acheived using normalized texture coordinates and using gouraud shading in lieu of texture shading.

6. Line cube Plus (TinyPtc)
An update of my old linecube demo using better colors and better movement.

7. Radial Lensmapping(TinyPtc)
This is a demo of a "flower-type" lensmapping. The idea came to me while coding the above flower tunnel and I thought I could apply the same principle to the lens. :*)

So just sit back and enjoy the beauty? of these demos. :*)

As always you put other gfx demos to shame. How about giving us another compilation like Mono & Disco?

You know, maybe I would. :*)

It looks interesting..

I was wondering if someone could make a 2d/3d game library out of TinyPtC?

Try Yagl
It's not PTC, but it is hardware accelerated, unlike PTC

Also, what do you mean by "game library"?

PTC isn't meant for games; it's supposed to be a tiny, minimal graphical library for small (as in bytes) demos (like relsoft's awesome ones Smile ). If you want to write games, you'd be much better off with something designed for that, like yagl, as Z!re said, or SDL, Allegro, ClanLib, etc....

You should start a museum.
