Thanks for all the suggestions - It makes me wish I'd gotten back to this thread sooner...

I've bought hosting - I searched the web for Irish Hosts, and trawled the web doing comparisions, and eventually settled on hosting365.ie. I figured if I'm going to have problems with hosts (and I probably will eventually), I might as well choose so that when it happens, I can march right up to thier offices and complain in person, heh.
