Favourite songs?
#1
My favourite songs literally change monthly. But that's probably because I've been discovering music a little late... Actually, I first started hearing all the music I actually like about the beginning of this (currently ending) school year. I live in a primarily mexican neighborhood (basically Chicago), and I was convinced for most of my 17 years that I loved rap and punkrock. Well I don't. I hate it actually.

Here is some of the music I've recently discovered that I love completely:

A Perfect Circle - Judith
Cold - Stupid Girl
Coldplay - ALL SONGS!!!
Counting Crows - Colorblind
Counting Crows - Mr. Jones
Dr. Dre - What's the Difference
Dynamite Hack - Boyz N the Hood
The String Tribute to Tool - ALL SONGS
Flaming Lips - She uses Vasoline
Liam Lynch - My United States of Whatever
Live - I Alone
Live - Lightning Crashes
Live - Our Love is like Water
Live - The Dolphins Cry (for some reason, this is me and my gf's song, lol)
Nirvana - Lithium
Nirvana - Where Did You Sleep Last Night
Our Lady Peace - 4am
Our Lady Peace - (Car?) Crash
Pearl Jam - Alive
Pearl Jam - Better Man
Pearl Jam - Black
Pearl Jam - Evenflow
Pearl Jam - Jeremy
Pearl Jam - Last Kiss
Radiohead - Creep (only song I know by them, and I made a music video for it... normally, it would be at my website, but my dad never renewed the domain when it expired on May 16 a few weeks ago, damn him)
Red Hot Chilli Peppers - City of Angels
Rolling Stones - Shes's a rainbow
Smashing Pumpkins - Rat in a Cage
Smashing Pumpkins - Zero
Smashing Pumpkins - Tonight Tonight
Stephen Lynch - Bitch
Stephen Lynch - What if that guy from Smashing Pumpkins lost his car keys? (I can play this on the guitar! And I don't play guitar Wink)
Stephen Lynch - Lullabye
Stephen Lynch - Special Fred
Stephen Lynch - Superhero
Stroke 9 - Little Black Backpack
Strong Bad - Techno
Strong Bad - fhqwhgads
The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army
The White Stripes - We're Going to be Friends
Tom Petty - Mary Jane's Last Dance
Tool - Aenima
Tool - Die Eier von Satan
Tool - Disgustipated
Tool - Eulogy
Tool - H.
Tool - Hooker With a Penis
Tool - Jerk-off
Tool - Opiate
Tool - Part of me
Tool - Prison Sex
Tool - Pushit
Tool - Schism
Tool - Sober
Tool - Stinkfist
Tool - Third Eye

You might notice I don't like a lot of songs from a single artist (with a few exceptions *coughTOOLcough*) but that's because I'm just barely discovering these artists/songs. Wink

Someone should make a program that takes a playlist from Winamp 2.81 and converts it into actual text so I don't have to type these out next time Wink

Code:
[playlist]
File1=Morbid Angel - Live 1992\morbid angel - 070492 - 02 - blasphemy of the holy ghost.mp3
Title1=Morbid Angel - Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost
Length1=228
File2=Morbid Angel - Live 1992\morbid angel - 070492 - 10 - damnation.mp3
Title2=morbid angel - 070492 - 10 - damnation
Length2=212
File3=Morbid Angel - Live 1992\morbid angel - 070492 - 04 - abominations.mp3
Title3=Morbid Angel - Abominations
Length3=285
File4=Morbid Angel - Live 1992\morbid angel - 070492 - 05 - brainstorm.mp3
Title4=Morbid Angel - Brainstorm
Length4=167
File5=Morbid Angel - Live 1992\morbid angel - 070492 - 06 - visions from the darkside.mp3
Title5=Morbid Angel - Visions from the Darkside

Congrats. Welcome to a higher level of musical taste.

Is Stupid Girl by Cold the same as the one by Garbage? I liked that one for a bit...

A lot of good bands mentioned there.

I like it when it is raw. But this time I am in a different mood and I'd suggest you to download and listen right now to Lady Grinning Soul by David Bowie. Sonic delicatessen. [ http://www.teenagewildlife.com/Albums/AS/LGS.html ]
