Just the other day I had a (huge) double-decker sandwich with lox, cream cheese, tomato, onion and lettuce.
You're making my mouth water. Can't get decent lox down here in Mexico.

Mystikfying CheeseBurger

1/3 to 1/2 of meat. closer to the 1/2
Cheddar and pepperjack chees
Mushrooms
Green Peppers
Onions
Keiser Buns <- makes a difference ;-)

Fry chop meat in EVOO (Extra virgin Olive Oil) spiced with steak spices and some meat tenderizer (orangy color). on the last flip, add cheddar and pepperjack cheese so it melts atleast a bit. Chop onions and green peppers as small as possible (1/4 " max, 1/8" prefered hehe)

Add spicy brown mustard to the keyser bread...slab meat, cheese, onions and peppers and on top put the mushrooms.
hen they say it can't be done, THAT's when they call me ;-).

How to cook a good burger:

Go down to McDonalds.
Eat until your heart explodes.
Repeat this with many friends until you can sue McDonalds out of business, and thus earning a knighthood.
Read and follow one of the recipes posted earlier.
