Autoban for anyone mentioning the phrase "build(ing) an OS" without other key phrases such as "bootstrap", "kernel", "ASM", "low level".
The key phrases could be modified, I don't care.  hifty:

I'm building an OS in QBasic. It has moving windows and starts MSDOS program. To install it just format your drive, install msdos, and copy my files to it. It needs MSDOS cause it comes with the QBASIC.EXE file. But it's a true OS I swear!!!!!1
