No, afaik there's no reliable way of telling. You can get some info by peeking at the right places, but not all (if any) cpus tell there clockspeed.

And please post in the right forum, this hardly counts as a "Qb Project".

You can issue a cpuid instruction in assembly, build a function, assemble it, make a QLB and link to a BASIC program.
