that first black screen?

when i compile anything sofar in my FB it loads up that first black screen! or the prompt screen i guess!
is it a given in all prompt programed games?
do i have to program windows apps to get rid of it?
can any on help please!

Sure, it's a pretty common question. Just use this command line switch to get rid of the console, AKA DOS prompt screen.
