I hate Python
#21
Now I know I'm going to be using FB for a long time.
In the beginning, there is darkness – the emptiness of a matrix waiting for the light. Then a single photon flares into existence. Then another. Soon, thousands more. Optronic pathways connect, subroutines emerge from the chaos, and a holographic consciousness is born." -The Doctor

So as a group project in my Computer Science I class we have to program Mastermind with graphics. Not too bad, we have the logic worked out and all that, it'll just take some time to implement (a few hours, outside of class, when everyone can meet... that's the hard part.)

But then the professor springs a homework assignment on us, too. Great!

This all cumulates to me hating Python even more:

So my homework was to take a string of plain ol' English and convert it to numbers and symbols. ("one plus two is three" 1 + 2 = 3)

It wasn't too bad, except that Python, for whatever reason, kept indenting ONE SPACE TOO FAR... and then when I tried to compile and run, it would give me the error "UNINDENTED REGION!!! ZOMG!" GAHHH!!! I HATE PYTHON! Why would you use indentation like that??!?!

Anyways, I pretty much got really upset and hard-shut down my laptop because Python was making it go berserk and freeze up, too. I hate python. I got the project done and it works flawlessly, though. I can get things done, I just hate doing them.
ovaProgramming.

One night I had a dream where I was breaking balls. The next morning, BALLSBREAKER was born.

Quote: Excellent. Now you can have things without paying for them.

A Severe Error has crippled BB2 for the time being... I have to figure it out, but until then you won't see much of it Sad.
