My roommate is under investigation by the cops after he replied to a posting under the classifieds section on a school forum:

This wasn't an official school forum, but I guess someone reported it or a school official saw it. So they called the cops on him and they searched through the apartment. They confiscated a machete, illegal fireworks, and a makeshift mace. So you can imagine he's in some big trouble now. I knew him, he was a bit of a goof, but no killer. He made that makeshift mace when he was bored from an a/c adapter with it's wire taped to a chair leg. He also had a metal ammo case that he used for storing things. I was there when they searched the apartment. They brought out the case and were like, "have you seen this? It's like not going to explode if I try to open it will it?"
He was on a free ride with a scholarship he had. But now he'll probably get kicked out.
