Three months on a hiatus and development will soon recommence. You can quite often see it in the freebasic channel on freenode.
More and more plugins are coming as I get around to them.

It's an IRC bot. 13 months in the making, more action in the last 2 months than the previous 11.
 It's just stable for now, but still has tweaking and new features to come.By the way. There are 18 plugins at the moment, and there is more on the way. More plugins = more fun!
