Incomplete program

I don't understand the idea of "Demo" and "Working demo". Taking those two out, it seems to me the other basic rules are suficient.Â
So, maybe Title screen, Incomplete, Complete and Improved are enough?
Ralph, using QuickBASIC 4.5 and Windows XP Home Edition and Service Pack 2, with HP LaserJet 4L printer.
