It says for me "The page cannot be displayed! The web-page might be temporarily unavailable"
And I tried to load the site with another computer and it said "Forbidden" is there some server error? CJB.NET sucks indeed... gotta switch to opera! i hate IE

Dude, at least you don't have to pay with IE. It comes without ads, with Windows.
For Opera, you have to shell out some money, and even then the FTP download speeds aren't as good as with IE.
