I checked cloack.com and it's a broken link...

It's actually: http://www.the-cloak.com

A bit slow, but it could be really helpful if you're at the library or at school where they pick and choose which sites you're allowed to visit.

BTW, Retsyo -- do you have any idea why you're blocked from accessing my site?
