Are you sure you haven't changed your choice for style. If you look under the profile for the option "board style" you can choose between different ones that alter the way the forum looks for you. Chances are you got reset when SubOracle or Helius went away to subSilver.

Nope, it was a problem with Mozilla - just needed to restart it. Just noticed I'm 10 versions behind on the update list :o upgrading now!

The ranks, the way it's built into phpBB, are controlled only by admin. Admin can set default ones that will assign themselves to a user for each posting level or they can assign special ranks.

yes, i know you can do it that way, but i ment going into your profile and editing it like you would for your location or avatar. iv'e seen it before in another forum once. i guess i was just curious why that option wasn't more popular. Smile
