Because mankind is weak and must cling to "higher powers"...then call everyone else's "higher powers" wrong, and think that their own "higher power" wants them to kill anyone who does not believe in their "higher power".

13 bombs located in 3 different train stations in Madrid, the Capital City. Nobody has claimed the authority. Many think about Islamic Terrorists, but here in Spain nobody doubts that ETA did it. ETA is a vasque based terrorist group that's been killing people in Spain and France since 50 years ago.
This has been the worst terror attack in Europe of all time.
