Dearest **ever-so-preciously** the entire QB45/QB71 community ( ;*) ! ),

Hello to you MOST splendidly, and I am learning to be a MUCH better person to you all. On purpose. !

Right now, as I was working on the all-new resurrection of the AAP Official Homepage (which includes my coming and third Caliber, as well!), I *ALMOST* was about to have my site successfully hosted on one of my free web hosting services, until this rule just suddenly came on there on their forums from yesterday (March 15, 2004) that ANY site that has a downloads section or more _needs_ to be removed or else it is site terminated, period. :???: Well, since my site originally had a downloads section, I will not run the risk of having it ejected from the internet again like that. I mean, that poses a BIG problem here, because that host that promised me even more mySQL databases would well have been my choice had it NOT even come up at all. !

So then, could one of you please point me out to an even better free hosting (and, even within the community as well, if you can!) with the following:

• • Unlimited web space
  • Unlimited bandwidth
  • ZERO down-times (or close to it, at least!)
  • At least one or two mySQL databases
  • cPanel (optional)

...............*just* so I can be more of a rather blessing to the community, _and_ to contribute progress even more to the game entitled “Frantic Journey”, or FJ (some brand-new music to the game itself has recently been added by me). The purpose for all of that is to encourage and inspire you finely good and entire community LIKE NEVER BEFORE. Period, end of the conversation, and I will be more of a generous being than ever, honestly. ;*) !

Any help on all of that will be *MUCH* appreciated. !

On the forefront of my very homepage, I am working currently on making the site readable for more and more users. And I promise you, it will be even more better and better than it ever even was. No doubt. ^_^ !

Well you can still keep your host and have the downloads on geocities!! 15 megs free per site! MAYBE!:

It does have a TOS that might prohibit that use, or not:

Agreed Fling, you cant even find that on a paid webhost. If you want a decent amount of b/w and space with quality hosting options you have to pay for it, plain and simple.

It means basically that you can't store images and other files on your Geocities account and use them purely for offsite storage (i.e. you can't do exactly what you were suggesting :roll: )

Yep, but that in itself is a tad bit risky as I found out hehe. But it's still by far the best way to go.

To Fling-Master, Rhiannon, and Agamemnus:

I know now that finding that free web host with the criteria that I gave is NOT even easy to say the least (and so, I understand you all in a way! ). There is no perfect web host indeed, albeit there are some rather good ( ) ones that *do not* have to meet that criteria to give an awesome satisfaction to getting my homepage hosted again.

Speaking of which, I found a couple of my potentials, and I will tell you right now that one of them is FreeHst.com. And, as I choose between the two promising hosts, chances are that my needs for the AAP Official Homepage will likely be met enough to be up on the internet once again.

So you mean to say that if you wanna do a 2TB dump at unlimited bandwidth a month you can? Hook me up . There is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth. You will always be limited by the infrastructure.
