Since I feel that most of the qb community is dead and qb45 has gone down the tubes, I have created qb71.com for all newbies and for whomever wants to have a new beginning for the qb community.
LMFAO

Anyone who has been around the QB community for any amount of time probably knows that YOU are the reason that qb45.com has "gone down the tubes." How the fuck do you get off trying to make a new qb site? Wow! I can't believe you even think that your new site will actually go anywhere. Now I'm really glad you're no longer the owner of qb45.com.

Good luck... you're REALLY going to need it.

This must be a joke as it looks as if you just spent 30 seconds putting this together.
I like the looks of the forum better than at your old site but why not bring qb45 back to life . It looked better than the new one. 8)
After Future software left the scene, qb45.com was doomed, because the people to keep the tradition going left. Since they did not own it, it was time for new things and new ideas to happen at the site which everyone hated (older members mostly) and the newer members loved it. At protest of the old members, I decided to just let everyone run the place because allmost everyonewanted something different. I will keep hosting the forums on my server, but that is all I will volenteer to do for it since it changed ownership. also the new site is still not close to being done.
Ok number one.... Future Software turned into just qb45.com as soon as you bought the site. As well, you pushed PostNuke onto the site when the existing site was working well (Jason had just introduced a new file management system that was working extremely well... as well there were some other plans in store (kind of centralization stuff to keep things from becoming too separated as I recall... mostly to do with file downloads as I recall.... I can remember talking to Jason about setting up file downloads like something at FilePlanet but simpler (a files.qb45.com if you will)). PostNuke did not help things at all. Traffic steadly decreased while you continued to claim that the site was only getting better. Letting everyone else run the show was the only smart thing that you did. The only actual set back after you let us run the show was when last August I started making a new CMS and Jason got involved. This turned into us shifting focus to make a larger more general CMS to de-throne PostNuke. This wasn't what I wanted in the first place to be quite honest so I dropped out. A couple of months after dropping out I begun work on a new CMS (at the time it wasn't targetted for qb45.com but just for any sites that I made). At the beginning of May I decided to again try to remake qb45.com and I've been working on it since then. The new site that I'm making is almost complete... the site that Chaoticmass has been working on is pretty much complete from what I understand and I've heard that Jofers is working on a little something as well. So for you to say that qb45.com is dead and the new site isn't going to be finished anytime soon is bullshit.

Also your new site as SumoJo said, looks like you slapped it together almost as an afterthought. I hope you enjoyed wasting money on that domain as that is all it's going to be... a waste.
i think we shoudl support him....even if his site looks bad.

I could care less about image. Any site has the potential to hold the community.

@Mikedoise: I got ur bak, man

I suppose Fling-master's anger comes from the fact that he took one of the larger centers of the qmunity and basically made many members leave. Then he put the site on someone else because he didn't want to do it. Now he blames them for "killing the site" and "ruining it" even though they've improved on what was given to them. And the fact that it seems he said a new site was never coming but it sounds like 3 are...

But then again, I'm not too involved there, so I don't know. This is just how I interpret the qb45 saga.
to be honest, the images are just temp images they will be replaced later on as I have time and the right software and the knolage to fix them. Plus, having the site helps as well lol but I got some friends around here on it so it should not take to long.
I can understand Fling's anger. But lashing out like that is unwarranted.

@Mike: The sites good. But sadly, i need to agree with fling. I have to say that the old qb45.com was an alive site! Now hardly anyone visits it. It was supposed to be resurrected in Jan/Feb 2004. But it never happened.

When true developers took over qb45.com I was assured by most of the old members (Glenn :evilSmile that the site would go into good hands. At first when the new cms came online I was happy but it didnt work out. The site saw a good amount of downtime, mismanagement(a.k.a postnuke), errors, broken links, buggy filemanagement system and finally it fell into a state of disrepair. =*(

Now qb45.com has remained just a forum board.

I hope qb71.com works out. But most of the old members exclusive to qb45.com have migrated here and that includes me.

Remember the above text are my toughts and they are not out of anger but due to sorrow.
