Base models done in MS Paint,. all that nice texture was filled in under transparent,. and the flares, w/ the flare tool.. :wink:

No,. but seeing you quoted it, is it a work of art or something? or something else? Course I might of heard, knew, and just forgot.. lol

it's a program. basically, it allows you to connect with other artists who have the program, and you two can draw on the same "canvas". it's actually pretty fun once you get the hang of it.

i heard that google's picassa's a pretty good paint program.
