Thanks!, something I've been working on the past weekend... heh,. Me and a new editor,. It is almost like we where made for each other.. lol.. have-ta thank Cheetah 4 pointing it out, "The Gimp"...
Base models done in MS Paint,. all that nice texture was filled in under transparent,. and the flares, w/ the flare tool..

it's a program. basically, it allows you to connect with other artists who have the program, and you two can draw on the same "canvas". it's actually pretty fun once you get the hang of it.
