REDACTED. (sorry)
This isn't such a bad idea, yet I will hold my name to myself.

I work at a dairy, where I manage when the bosses aren't available. I am the onsite computer systems analyst. I milk over 1500 cows, three times a day. Well I don't but a group of people on shift work does. I work one of these shifts.

I make AU$14.50 per hour. No overtime, double time sick pay or leave loading. No afternoon shift loading, no graveyard shift double and a half. Only double on Christmas Day, plus your bonus, which increases each year you are there.

I, too, have a son, he is just under six months old.

Genius at work? He knows Kung Fu!

I drink alcohol, I smoke cigarettes.

I live in a house, I drive a Holden Commodore, something the UK calls a Vauxhall; the US a Chevrolet Lumina. It's the 1996 model.

I like chicken, and strawberry and banana thickshakes from Wendy's. I like pizza. From Domino's!

I hate being ignored, put down, or belittled.

I hate being in this community so long and not having the fricken motivation to get off my arse and actually code.

I hate how I never have the time to anyway.

All horrible habits btw.. Moderation is fine though for alcohol (not cigs tho)

Now you know how I've felt for 2 years Big Grin and before that 2 more years Wink

And for those of you who wonder how much he actually makes:
14.50 Australian dollars = 10.76625 U.S. dollars
And around 8.4€ for those Europeans reading.

I'll post facts about me when I found a picture that's funny enough.

Let's see.
Born Josiah James Tobin, September 10th, 1988, at home. Tongue
I'm a gay/bi furry metalhead/artist/musician, but you all probably knew that already. Tongue I don't have a steady job at the moment (quit my last job due to my boss being somewhat...strange... simply put, I once got a paycheck for $7. Yyyyep, I know they have to pay you for at least a full two hours of work, and that a seven-dollar paycheck is technically illegal  ), though I'm doing some occasional freelance production work for others (demos and such) to get some cash here and there.

I've never touched alcohol, drugs, or cigarettes, though I dislike being labelled as, say, 'straight edge'-- The fact that I've never used any such substances is due to nothing more than a vague disinterest. Never really had any problems with resisting peer pressure or whatnot.

I play acoustic guitar, mandolin, some electric guitar (shhh Mech, you know one bad example doesn't constitute an accurate impression Tongue ), used to play harmonica, and have a decent amount of self-taught experience in mixing/producing/mastering audio.

Can't think of anything else at the moment.
There's too much to tell here so I'll just give a little. Smile

My legal name is David Lee Perry, it's a pretty common name in the USA. I was born David Pruit, no one seems to know what my original middle name was. My name and birth certificate were legally changed in 1977 when I was adopted by my uncle and his rotten wife. When I was 16, I managed to get away from "her" but in return for said "freedom", spent the last of my pre-adult years in a psychiatric ward twice, a "retreat" (this is what they call insane asylums these days) once, a residential group home for 7 months, and then a foster home until I was 18. Had to learn about the "real world" the hard way after that, since living in protective custody for the last two years of a child's life do nothing to prepare them for the adult world. Anyways, enough rambling about the past, coz it's all history anyways.

Nowadays, I spend most of my time at home with my daughter, Rhianna, because of spinal problems that prevent me from working. I had to quit a job for an inventory company due to it, and although Rhiannon and I used to work our merchandising gig together, I've not been able to work it in quite awhile now (about two months) due to the pain. Regardless, we make quite a bit of money doing this job, which usually goes to pay cellphone bills, high-speed internet (expensive and unreliable down here), and new stuff for Rhianna. A few days ago, Rhiannon went out and bought herself a 19" LCD monitor for just a little over $300...just because she could. Big Grin

I have never smoked a day in my life (I can't stand smoking...it's smelly and unhealthy) and drink extremely rarely. Going headfirst through a windshield after being hit head-on by a drunk driver (and while not wearing your seatbelt...!) can easily change a person's mind about drinking.

When I'm not on the computer, I'm spending time with my ladies.

We have three dogs: Blackie, Pita (english acronym for "pain in the ass"), and Chispa (spanish for "spark"). We have two cats: Spike and Diamond. The inhabitants of the house are me, Rhiannon, Rhianna, and "Conejita", or Rhiannon's mother (conejita is spanish for "bunny"). The house is ours (no rent!) and has withstood many hurricanes.

Well, that's enough for now. There's plenty more, but most of it is just a self-indulgent blues jam anyways, so I'll spare y'all the drama. Big Grin
I think Nek has the most interesting life here. Big Grin
I'm Zachary Asher Jonah Vernon, Jewish, born March 8th 1991 at home. I live here in Toronto, Canada, I'm homeschooled and spend my days doing homework, computer stuff, fooling around with microscopy, eating and wandering the streets. I also audit Astronomy classes at the University of Toronto. In summer I bike all around the city, in winter I prefer to walk. I'm a licensed Amateur Radio Operator (ham), callsign VE3VYZ, and I spend some time in my days talking to people locally and all around the world (currently only via IRLP which uses a combination of radio and internet to talk internationally).
Hi. I'm Josh. I'm a freshman in highschool.

My real interest in everything probably started with legos. In 3rdish grade I started playing with the lego robotics. I have a brother who is two years older than I. When I was in 5th grade he was in 7th and was in a BASIC programming class. I became curious and my dad and I put it on the computer. (this is why I'm here =p)

I have the characteristic of not doing pointless things. Which is good at times and bad at others. It explains my strange interests. For instance, I've yet to have a programming teacher that could keep me interested in what I was doing. I see no point in doing the projects because I know I can and they are never going to be used anyways... This also helps explain why I don't like languages that much.

Currently, I am thinking about standing up and getting a kitkat bar. But I'm going to finish this post first. =p

The classes I'm in are:
Gym, Honors Accelerated Geometry, Spanish, Civics, Honors Biology, Honors Freshmen English, and Programming

Gym is okay. It's required.
Geometry is boring. I'm doing independant study so I can skip a level in math. =p

Spanish is.. spanish... =(

Civics is sad. Our teacher normally teaches for the community school (learn difficulties). so it carries over into normal classes. She teaches us like we don't know how to learn. Also she's the only teacher I have that uses >100% in class as A+ instead of >97%.

Honors Biology is fun. at times. My teacher is occasionally insane. (who's isn't) But a lot of the time it's fun and interesting

English is mean. I have a racist and sexist teacher. (I'm not kidding >>) She's a black women and she just loves her girl students. For instance, a girl was getting a C- in the class and she was recommended to continue the Honors English classes. Yet I was getting... hrm a B+ along with a lot of other guys and we all didn't get recommended.

Programming is boring. Waste of time. I don't do anything. My teacher doesn't have rules, just so long as you get everything done. =(

Uhhh my parents are devorced... since 1st grade. At my mom's house we have two cats. Cici and Tigs. (Short for Tiggers.)

yup... somethign something

Ahh! That's like the third time I've gotten that remark. Personally I think I look about my age, but not according to others... Tongue Must be the beard... Confusedhifty:
EDIT: Same age? Do you mean just by year, or is there a reason you quoted the exact date? :p
