New SVGA/EMS-LIB for QB/QBX

Good job, sounds like a superb lib. Although you are kind of late. We would all have had great fun playing with this a year ago, but now with freebasic most of us have no reason to code in qb anymore. Even with great libs like this, it is still far too restrictive and freebasic offers a far more dynamic and modern compiler.
