My mom doesn't use recipes. All her cooking skills were handed down by her great-great-great-great grandmother that lived in Transylvania. She remembers all of them. One of the recipes is cream cheese on bagels. It's so unique, it tastes exactly like cream cheese on bread. Amazing.

Hrmm... people around here eat cream cheese on bagels all the time. We've got some guy from New Yawk who opened a place called "Bronx Bagel" that serves the greatest bagels ever and the cream cheese is free.

But... creamy cake batter? I'll stick to my good old Bisquik pancakes for now.
