All in all, it seems that smoking would be better confined to the graveyards of history, doesn't it.
We have a smoking ban at our school, but that doesn't stop people smoking, because they look so tough that the teachers are afraid to stand up to them (apart from the authorititave ones). That's half the problem, too.
