The bigger the metal, the bigger the charge, right?
So if the wind is good, there will be a lot of charge..
Anyways, how "minimal" is the power required to move the blade on a wind turbine...? It's much more efficient to be able to cover all the wind that can be generated, instead of a small fraction.. "wind sail power technology" may one day SAVE THE EARTH! AnD the WHALES! MOO!

As I told you, you still need electricity in the other wire to generate the magnetic field. Without magnetic field, you won't induce any current.
And the inducted current is REALLY LOW unless the magnetic field is strong.

Apart from the the fact that wind turbines work, and your idea currently requires to be connected to electricity. (it's not a very good generator if it needs to be pluged in)
You should study a little physics so you understand whats going on.

exactly. To recharge your walkman's battery you need 220V on the other wire
not very efficient.

Ok, what about a giant plastic tube of air. pumps air out when wind blows in and out, causing a fan to spin....?

That's just a wind turbine with a tube over it
You are trying to make money, I presume? Well, go build a dam, they don't fail like nuclear plants
