To *all* of the QB45/QB71 community:

I have a minor change that I want to address to you all. On “Aapgpl.bi” — one of the files that was found in my library (AAP/GPL - AAP Game Pad Library) — I have already made an accidental boo-boo in the included command description from this past Friday (September 12, 2003) by labeling this:

Code:
'Now comes the description of the lib's three (3) commands:

'ÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ
' AAPGP.Detect% (Success.or.Fail)
'ÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ
' Success.or.Fail = *ANY* variable at all which returns the following:
'                   "Success" or 1 if gamepad/joystick is detected; or
'                   "Fail" or 0 if gamepad/joystick is not detected at all.

..........instead of this:

Code:
'Now comes the description of the lib's three (3) commands:

'ÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ
' AAPGP.Detect (Success.or.Fail)
'ÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ
' Success.or.Fail = *ANY* variable at all which returns the following:
'                   "Success" or 1 if gamepad/joystick is detected; or
'                   "Fail" or 0 if gamepad/joystick is not detected at all.

.......since the command “AAPGP.Detect” was made into a Sub, not a Function. Before, I have *originally* made the command as a Function, but then it did not quite work the way it was designed for it to be, which was why I have finally changed it into a Sub indeed in the _RATHER_ first place, ladies and gentlemen. As for the percentage mark (%) that I accidentally got down (which was, by the way, the EXACT cause of that boo-boo), it has just now been taken off of there, and because of that correction, I am re-releasing the lib (which I did, by the way!! Wink ! ). And so, everything is going uphill from here on out! Big Grin !

And to Ak00ma and Blitz:

I thank you so much for your *finely wonderful* comments concerning my lib! I appreciate you both so richly much, guys!! Cool !!

And as for you in addition, Blitz, you are **personally** invited to add my routines to your latest build of UGL. See my special message for more juicy details on that, please. Wink !

Thank you all righteously and richly for your time and continued respect and cooperation. :king: !

I'd love to work with it, but I don't have any joysticks/gamepads.
