i guess i wanted to see which one ran better . booting to dos was ok untill you untill you ran the program speed is every thing.

As Seph was going to say... the trick is to download the entire external network onto your dvd-ram using linux and dos simultaneously, then you can save files onto a floppy by clearing your ROM and replacing your BIOS with a BASICA derivitive. You have to do a hard-reset on your computer a variable number of times equal to the number of arrays you are using in each program multiplied by its binary code.

When some comes to newbie help, you shouldn't be surprised if they don't have all the jargon down. This is supposed to be a forum where it is safe for them to ask questions even if they don't know how to word the question correctly.
