1) Stop using hideous high-contrast backgrounds. That means find a dull background, stick to one color, or use a faded image. Backgrounds are NOT meant to attract attention. They are supplement to the rest of the site.

2) Don't get rid of your cell padding, when the text flushes full against the border, it makes it harder to read.

3) Stop using disgusting colors in your table backgrounds. Stick to one background color in the table, or two if you have a header cell that you want to change the color of.

4) Underlined content is reserved for literature and major works, and links. They're distasteful.

5) Don't make rainbow colored words. That's just tacky!

6) Don't hide links in the letter S of the flower, it's uncool.

7) Don't use an alert box, it pisses people off (the flower game)

8) There is no navigation on this page, make a menu that leads to the rest of the site. Also, put your e-mail address somewhere on every page -- it's more professional.
