I customized a cheap guitar. The brand is Academy. If Squier is the cheap brand of Fender, Academy is the japanese/chinese/taiwanese cheaper brand of Squier if you know what I mean The guitar was around $160 some years ago.

Now it has different pickups, a modified bow, changes in the circuitry, I repainted it, and it is full of stickers and the back side is full of quotes (I mean, full of text ).

I have another (better) guitar, but for noise'n'roll this one is the best. I can have infinite feedback with the tremolo so easily, so go figure...

BTW, I also have "some" acoustic guitars

acoustics give me boners. BTW, I don't blame you for getting an academy and modding it -- I think anyone that pays wads of cash for an electric is stupid when 95% of the tone comes from the pickups and the amp.


acoustics are a different story altogether, of course.
