The logs will be out of the public_html directory, you'll have to go looking.

I dunno... just try connecting with a fake username etc, and see if you get errors, and what they are etc.

Well, this is out of my hands now...I'll see what my Tech support can do.
And what would the logs be named?

Well, the problem was that when I was INSERTing stuff into the table, I was just leaving out any trace of the row_id column, which is set to auto_increment. I thought it would do it itself. Unfortunately, it didn't. :roll:
