My whole family cracks (except for my mum). My dad can crack his chest...must feel awesome.
Bluffer: quite true, the knuckle cracking is more of a bad addiction. Causes arthritis in the end. But cracking your back/neck does adjust things. Gently ease a hunch-back into a back-neck-cracking schedule, and you'll see improvement. Smile

I crack knuckles and back a lot.

As for knees, well they crack anytime I start to lower myself to the ground, while still staying on my feet. It happens a lot at work, when I go to get something off the bottom shelf.

Yeah, I was going to ask the same thing. Rocku, what's your discipline? I've personally studied Aikido (black belt), Muay Thai (equiv. to a black belt), and Mantis-style Kung Fu (self-taught). I also have a 9th Kup (white/yellow) in Tae Kwon Do and a little experience with Shotokan, Hapkido (armed and unarmed), and Kenjutsu.
I'd knock on wood, but my desk is particle board.

PJ does Tae Kwon Do, I believe. And he's performed some stuff on his webcam for me over MSN, he's damn good. Smile (he sort of inspired me onto handstands and kicks)

Well, I'm mostly self-taught. I took some Tae-Kwon-Do and Hapkido when I was still up in the Suck-Pole(Alaska), but I don't think I took it enough for it to be called my 'discipline'. My 'fighting style' was originally based on how I imitated attacks and moves and whatnot from the fighting games I played, but I eventually managed to alter them so that they would be useful in a real fight.

And I got up to GreenBelt when I was in TKD. I hate katas.

Stupid humanoids, training for a fight that will never come. And if it do come, will you be happy you killed the dude running at you with a knife wanting to mug you, not kill you.

You may ignore me, I'm tired and annoyed at humanity as a whole, you/we all suck!... :rotfl: ...

I think I'm gonna go stand on my head for a few days, you know, get a perspective on things.. see things from a different angle.
