Try rfhost.com, as far as I am aware www.xtremecomputing.co.uk is hosted by them and they are NEVER down. (and I am ALWAYs on this site, you watch the site will go down now- lol)

www.woolnet.net has been good to me for the past few months that I've been with them. No downtime has occured. They have some good packages and details as to what server you're on.
