(I also hate it when people do that.) It's a dialect of Basic (loosely, at least), and that's all it has in common with QB. (As na_th_an pointed out (did I get all the underscores in there right?), neither one's a language.) I was simply pointing out that if Microsoft still sells VB, it still supports Basic (in some fashion or other.)
