Here's my next sketch, of John Conova, some average guy that appeared in a magazine...studies computer games or something...
It was rather quick, and done again with crappy paper and pencil, with a bad eraser. But for some reason I think the goatee seems to make it a tad more realistic.

Making him have a hidden chin that didn't look like it was receding was hard, and I didn't quite get it right.

Why not post a photo that you'll use as a model, then a sketch based on that photo? Then we can see better what you're doing (cos I don't know what either of those people look like for real, so it's hard to see how close to reality they are)

OK, I will for my next sketch.

I drew a rough sketch this afternoon. It was interesting, a person with two heads, one womanlike and the other manlike, three breasts, three legs, four arms. I seem to have lost it, though. ^_^
I like drawing weird sketches.

Go green party? guh.

Those guys are scary. I was listening to our local debate, and what do I hear out of the green? "The corporations man, THE CORPORATIONS! You should go see MICHEAL MOORES new movie, then you can see how we need to GET THE CORPORATIONS! Anyway, there'll be plenty of greencollar(ie. porkbarrel regulatory) jobs for everyone when we shut down all the heavy industry because POLLUTION is like....BAD, MAN!"

You simply won't see anyone so dissociated from the realities of office(except for the NDP, but those pinkos are oldschool pinkos and have at least some of a clue, having lead a government before) in the ruling government, thank god.

So what we've got are the liberals who can't be trusted, but who WILL keep the surplus, or the conservatives who can't be trusted,(I thought maybe they were harris style truth tellers until I heard them speak) and put most of the debt we have right there. I know my choice now. Conservative times are hard times. NDP times are hard times. Therefore, only the centrist party can really do the job admirably.

Just as a ti[ from a fellow artist: You should probably learn about the muscle structure.....im not saying take biology class for 5 yrs or anything like that, but when you learn how all the muscles look, and the placment, its easier to draw the details.

well. in all your pictures that you drew so far, a lot of people told you stuff like chins and stuff. well. my advice would be to listen to them and keep practicing!!! =D

I notice you kind of scribbled the hair in. While it's quick and easy, it's not a good practice. Work on drawing details carefully. Also, in this particular case, remember that the eyes are about halfway down the head. Also, try and work on making his eyes more even, he looks a wee lazy-eyed.

Without a reference photo, I can't really help you out much more, but as always, keep drawing!

Indeed, Jofers. I can never get the eyes looking the same. I'm too used to copy/flip/paste.
Btw SJ_Zero: well, what the Greens say is what I believe in. Corporate unbalanced capitalism is...awful.
