My wife says she knows the Cabrales cheese, and that it is very good. Her mother is from Bilbao, and her father is from Ripoll, Cataluña. Next time I go to Spain, I'l ask for it. It must go good with a glass of nice Rioja or perhaps some white Ribeiro. Hey, maybe we could start a thread on wines. ¿Qué te parece?
