Engine choke assembly

Holy cow! I can't believe I forgot to mention the 16 cylinders.
Doesn't this car hold some record for having the highest torque ability in a passenger car? (1001 hp!)

A few months ago, i went to a modded car show and thrash at an airstrip not far from here. One of the features at the show was a 1000HP Toyota Supra, running the quarter mile at around 12s! =D
That was a powerful car!!

But, no 1001HP certainly isnt the most powerful car. For example:

The 1000TT has 1092hp, hits 0-60 in less than 2 seconds and ran the quarter mile in 8.93 seconds at 149 mph!

What's it's top speed, though? And I'm not just talking about the engine - I'm talking about the engine with full load (air resistance, car weight, downforce). The Veyron can hit 250mph.

Yea, Top speed isnt too good. This thing is mainly just an acceleration king.

In terms of top speed, the fastest cars I know of, apart from the Veyron is the Koenigsegg CC, and the McLaren F1.

On paper, the Koenigsegg CC should just be able to beat the Mclaren F1 for top speed, but no car has actually beaten the world speed record for a road car, set by the McLaren, sitting at 240.1 Mph. This record was set all the way back in 1998.
