Ok, if you've played QBCookie and have opened the BAT file that comes with it and have exited to the code, you may have noticed, (or I have noticed) that QB is in a completely different resolution... could someone tell me what's going on and what is actually making it do that?

and now:
QB /H starts QB in 80x50 mode.

I never saw that in the bat file... cause I most certainly would've know what did it... I went allthrought the help file looking for what was doing that, but I just couldn't find it...

*about 5 months later..*
It's funny how I still don't understand this....
I just downloaded another QB45.exe, and it's showing it in high resolution, no batch files or anything... it's weird...

QB adjusts itself to the current resolution, as long as the screen is in 80x25, 80x43, or 80x50 - I dunno if it will do the same thing with other resolutions.
The reason that's happening is the PIF file Windows is using for QB.EXE specifies 80x43 or 80x50 or something like that instead of 80x25.
If QB.EXE doesn't have a cooresponding PIF file:
(The following may apply only to 2000/XP, I'm not sure)
There's a default PIF Windows uses if a program doesn't have one. Edit the properties of "_default.pif" in your Windows directory and set the screen buffer and window sizes to your preference.

If I had to guess, Id say you were a program from the machine world.
Ergo, Na_th_an is actually a systemic anomally inherient to the programming of qbasicnews.com, although the transport process has altered his concisioness, he irrevocably remains human. Concordantly, .... nope, Im lost.
