Is it possible to add sound files together(they play at the same time) using Sound Recorder?

This is what I use. It's called cool edit. It has a bunch of useful functions and lets you record way over 60 seconds, unlike sound recorder. I'm sure there's some mixing you can do, but I haven't messed with that yet.

Hehe, I've actually had that program for ages. Before I even started on the guitar, which was like three months ago. The bad part is, my dad won't let me install it
