You will need to email rhiannon your password so it can be reset.

nek why dont you setup CRON jobs to do the backup stuff? My friend has setup a small script which will backup all the critical stuff and upload it to his friends computer. Surely you can come up with something good

adosorken: Why would a full administrator require the current password to replace it?

We were doing that...
guess something got messed and we didn't notice. Chalk it up to experience for now though...we're buying a new server on Friday in EV1 and will likely begin transferring many of our clients there. The server I "borrowed" in The Planet has been flaky as hell, and it's brand new.
I don't trust this datacenter anymore, so we're going to switch.
And we don't need the current password to fix it. We just need the password the customer would like to use, as the passwords have to be reset, so why not just get the password they'd like to use from the start?
We can set the passwords to whatever we want, we can insult their mommas if we want.

TBBQ, do you have something hosted by them?
Something that you're like, losing money on if t's down?
If no, then please, be my guest and STFU and FOAD, please.
I'm sure they get enough complaints from their actuall customers already, without having to hear it from some stupid spoiled brat on a forum. Oh ya, thats you TBBQ, just making it clear to you.

Update: A fsck is required on the entire hard drive which is taking place right now. Some services will be unavailable while this takes place.

Oh great, more problems. This is getting a little old at this point in time. I'm thinking we're ditching this datacenter as of tomorrow when we have our new server up in EV1.
