Did you even read this topic? RPG project CLOSED, the topic was dead..actuall i do need some artists though for another RPG (decided to finish the engine i started etc.).
go to http://aprograms.proboards20.com, there is a wish list there...i said i wanted 16 bit bmp's that are up to 16 * 16 size for the sprites so i could convert them to data, but having them as DATA of the start would save me a lot of time.
