There's two aspects to your program, the animation and programming, but also the mathematics of calculating ball velocitys/angles/collisions. Have you done slopes or trig in school?

Someone already made a mini putt game... It's at QBasic.com. But it was pretty bad... a better one would be cool, so good luck!
