Any other KOF fans?

well, you got me there, hex -- but then again, capcom vs. snk was kind of slapped together, it's been called the official capcom mugen. capcom vs. snk 2 got much better reviews, but im something tired of the vs. series in general too. i mean, how many times can they rerelease the same game?

i understand playmore has snk publishing rights (eolith makes the games), but i'd still like to see the series progress graphically. you're talking about running stuff like motw on the same hardware that ran 'fatal fury 1', it would be in general easier and better-looking on another platform.

Talking about "how many times can they rerelease the same game?", well, think about the Street Fighter Alpha series. SFA was boring as hell, while SFA3 was a lot more funny. Basically they're the same game (same graphics, same sounds, almost the same moves), but then, there's a difference. And that little difference makes a new game. Now the point is: these differences makes the game better or worse? Just a thought.

Eolith has the rights over the KOF saga, but Playmore's still capable of using these charas in their original games, ie: the Bogard bros in any future Garou Densetsu game. That's why I mentioned that Playmore's basically SNK minus KOF and some artists (who went to Capcom and other companies, if my memory serves me well). And about the thing concerning MOTW running on the same hardware that ran the first Garou... isn't that a beautiful thing? It reminds me the motto of some programmers in here: "pushing QB to their limits".
