NO, FORGET THE COMPUTER! Unless of course you know how to record computer games and overwrite the sound. I simply want hook the microphone up to the TV to make the TV output whatever I say or whatever, voice, sound effects, etc....

Aight you can get av jacks that goto headphones and i think you can put a mic in there. then just pop the av jacks into the input place on your vcr or whatever

I go the same deal on my computer. it goes from headphone (or output sound think their the same thing) to av wire then it goes around my room and into my amp. surround sound for your comp!

I'm guessing any music store would have the av jacks...right? I've never used them. So if I use av jacks I can speak into the microphone and whatever I say will come out onto the TV, right? Two sound sources at once? Say like from the video game itself AND from the microphone?

A/V (Audio/Video) its those yellow red and white wires that can connect your vcr to your tv to your amp or anything that has anything to do with audio or video. The red and white ones are the left and right sound and the yellow one is video. I got mine at best buy. Your gonna want a thingie that goes from male red and white a/v to female headphone then just plug a mic into it.

hmm tried to find you a pic of one but couldnt find one. I know that there is one because i have several

ok so they're like the console's adaptors, red and white for audio and yellow for video. OK thanks, I'll look into it.

What game do you think would be good to copy the red vs blue idea?

OK, how about console games...? The only computer game I know of that has a save replay feature is Generals. The thing is that I don't know how to overwrite the sound on it or even add sound to it. Do you guys know?

Maybe an online game with regular console games would be the best choice, idk...

You do all your editing on your computer so prolly a computer game would work best.

Does anyone know of a video maker that records stuff thats on your computer screen and can export video files (eg. avi, mpg, wmv, ect).
