After some examination, it looks like an iroffer bot was installed on the account via the viewtopic.php "highlight" exploit in phpBB 2.0.15 (outdated scripts, tsk tsk... ). I have patched the critical script for now and the site should be back up.

BTW: Most of the other major free forum software packages are more secure, like SMF.
