I thought of this one while I watched the kilometer long line into a Canadian Tire store this morning. The store didn't open for another two hours.

Quote:I remember 14 cents
That I saved on that day
When I stood patiently
To get a deal on duct tape

Yes it's true I could have slept
Until noon and gone then
But my fears won't let me rest,
I fear that they'd be sold out!

Hold my place as I lose much face
I MUST SAVE CASH NOW!

Two more hours 'til opening
The line then spans two long miles
But I keep thinkin' about tape
AND THE FOURTEEN CENTS I'LL SAVE!

Though it seems insane to thee
I can't help but save fourteen
cents to spend on bus fare home
THIS PLAN MAKES PERFECT SENSE TO ME!

Hold my place as I lose much face
I MUST SAVE NOW!
Oh my god the sign just got flipped
Oh god, help me Hold my place as I lose much face
I MUST SAVE NOW!!!

Oh man, they're having a sale
On lawn chairs
Aisle Sixteen
I will now knock DOWN
This old lady
10 percent off
don't have a porch
But that's a damn good deeeeeeaaaaal!

Look there! condoms on sale!
Never get laid
But I'll save money
2 for 1
Will I use one?
I have my doubts
But I'll save pleeeeennnnntttttyyyyyyy! (No! No! Can't miss the savings!)

Wow. Do people long for tires that much in Canada?

Here people queue up before opening hours for stuff like Xbox 360s and Halo 2. Tires?

O_o

Good song though :P

'Canadian Tire' isn't a tire store. It sells a lot more than that.
