MPG in qbasic

mpeg is just mpeg-1, mpeg-2 and mpeg-4. The first one is .mpg, and the one that people mean when they say mpeg. Anyhow, you need a higher degree of math to understand mpeg for starters, and if you've gotten that far you propbably won't get any farther becuase you would run out of code and data space before you've even gotten the chance to attempt to play an mpg file.
