Personally, an alarm is not really what a note program should need. That's more of a scheduler function... just my 2 cents.

Voted for Save notes after restarts. I think that's a bit more needed than an alarm.

Wow, I really didn't think that many people would vote for an alarm! Don't you people keep track of your own schedules??!?
I'm seriously debating whether or not to add that as a feature. It would be difficult, but useful. However, there are so many other programs (many of which come WITH Windows, like the Task Scheduler) which include alarms for you. I think google even does now also!
Any thoughts?
